The Atlanta Falcons will be unveiling their new uniform designs in April 2020. Season ticket members were notified via letter from the Falcons owner and CEO Arthur Blank. Blank states in the letter that he’s heard feedback from fans and has been working with Nike to bring a new look to the team.
A teaser video of the new uniforms was released in early January giving the history behind their past uniforms and how it’s changed over the years. After 17 years of their current uniform, the video captioned “NEW Year, NEW Threads,” raises the excitement of the new uniforms seeing as you barely get a sense of what the uniform will look like.
Many sports and logos experts have stated that the Falcons have often reverted back to previous designs so there’s a chance some throwback designs could be used but no one knows for sure. Along with the Falcons, the Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Rams plan to unveil their new uniforms this spring as well.
