Panorama announced the dates and setlist for their July music festival held on Randall’s Island Park in New York City. The festival will begin on July 27th and continue until the 29th. The festival, presented by Goldenvoice, is headlined by The Weeknd, Janet Jackson, and The Killers, along with multiple other big-name artists.
Not only will the festival feature concerts by these performers, it also will have different locations that fuse technology and music to create a new modern environment for festival-goers. “The Lab,” according to Panorama, is “an interactive experience that combines technology, artistry, and design, created exclusively by New York-based artists,” (Panorama NYC). The Lab will feature installations that will create a new technological and music-oriented experience for those at the festival.
The festival will also have a club, “The Point” that will play “house and techno” music for the duration of the festival (Panorama NYC). The Point’s best feature will be its shade, as the July festival is bound to heat up quickly.
Lastly, the festival will feature food from many of New York City’s restaurants. If you’re looking to try some of the most famous food fad’s that NYC holds, Panorama will offer those all in one place.
Panorama continues to fuse their technology and music experience with their iPhone and Android app that allows you to enter the festival, receive push notifications, share festival updates and interact with the technology of “The Lab.” This app will make sure you can see all your favorite artists and get a full experience from the festival.
